Lauren graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Her interest in the human body and how it functions was sparked from her background in dance and a wide range of sports from a young age.

Lauren’s approach to treatment is to provide individualised care through a range of direct and indirect techniques as well as educating her patients on their pain to encourage an active rehabilitation. Lauren has a keen interest in nutrition and Pilates and incorporates this into her management plan for her patients.

Lauren enjoys living an active and healthy lifestyle and encourages her patients to achieve their own health and wellness goals.

When Lauren isn’t at the clinic treating her patients, she enjoys walking her dog, travelling and enjoying a good coffee.
